Founded in 2024 and based in Ocala, Florida, our family-owned company began with a focus on AI solutions. As we engaged with clients in the marketplace, we discovered a strong demand for the specialized services we now offer, leading us to shift our focus to meet that need. Today, our team brings nearly half a century of combined relevant experience between our primary and secondary consultants, providing deep expertise and practical insights. Todd brings a wealth of leadership experience, having served as CIO, COO, CTO, and CEO across healthcare, IT, and government sectors. He has successfully led multiple organizations, including start-ups, Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 companies, as well as government entities, driving growth, innovation, and operational excellence. Todd has also served on several boards, spanning nonprofit, educational, and corporate entities, contributing his expertise to guide strategic decisions and drive impact. Todd holds an MBA, several additional degrees, and multiple industry certifications, equipping him with the expertise to tackle complex challenges and deliver strategic solutions.
